**Transforming the Future with the Convergence of Simulation and Data****JOB TITLE****HIL Core Automation****Job Summary**:Do you like a challenge, are you a complex thinker who likes to solve problems?If so, then you might be the new HIL Core Automation we are searching for.At Altair, your curiosity matters.We pride ourselves on a business culture that enables open, creative thinking, and we deeply value our employees and their contributions towards our clients' success, as well as our own.**What You Will Do**:- ECUs configuration & setup preparation in the NI HiL Framework (Automated testing).- Run automated testing in NI HiL Framework.- Report SW Defects and support the resolution process for all defects reported in HiL.- Report and resolved test procedures defects impacting Automation execution.- In addition, Int HiL Core Automation Tester will be responsible for:- Execute the analysis of new features to introduced them in the Ni HiL Automated framework.- Develop/review appropriate test cases/procedures for NI HiL automated testing using in House testing tools.- Identify and develop requirements for new functionalities required in the Ni HiL Automated framework.- Support the troubleshooting of problems/blockers reported by other HiL Testers.- Report defects against NI HiL Framework impacting testing cycles.- Generate and improve documentation to increase the efficiency during automated test runs.- Support scripting development initiatives (Python) to improve Automated execution plans.**What You Will Need**:**Basics**:- Min. 2 years of experience in Cloud or Vehicle communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, IP, MQTT, LIN).- CAN/LIN Tools (Vector, Intrepid, etc).- NI HiL Tools (TestStand, VeriStand).- MATLAB/Simulink Simulation experience.- Agile/Scrum testing methodologies.- Python experience preferred.- Test Bench/HW SW troubleshooting.**Preferred**:- Knowledge in requirements management tools (Polarion, JIRA, VSEM, Doors).- Basic understanding of the V model process.- Experience on Infotainment, Connectivity or Driver information testing.- Testing Techniques (ISTQB is a plus).**How You Will Be Successful**:- Envision the Future- Communicate Honestly and Broadly- Seek Technology and Business "Firsts"- Embrace Diversity and Take Risks**What We Offer**:- Christmas Bonus (1 month)- Holidays (12 days)- Paid holidays (75% prima vacacional)- Flex Time- Saving Fund- Pantry vouchers- Health insurance (Seguro de gastos médicos mayores, seguro dental, visión, de vida, accidente e invalidez).- PTU**Why Work with Us**:Altair is a global technology company that provides software and cloud solutions in the areas of data analytics, product development, and high-performance computing (HPC).Altair enables organizations in nearly every industry to compete more effectively in a connected world, while creating a more sustainable future.With more than 3,000 engineers, scientists and creative thinkers in 25 countries, we help solve our customer's toughest challenges and deliver unparalleled service, helping the innovators innovate, drive better decisions, and turn today's problems into tomorrow's opportunities.**Our vision is to transform customer decision making with data analytics, simulation, and high-performance computing.**For more than 30 years, we have been helping our customers integrate electronics and controls with mechanical design to expand product value, develop AI, simulation and data-driven digital twins to drive better decisions, and deliver advanced HPC and cloud solutions to support unlimited idea exploration.
