Company Profile:**Lennox International****(LII)** is a leading global provider of innovative climate control solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) markets.Beginning over 125 years ago, Lennox International has built a strong heritage of Innovation and Responsibility.Our position as an innovation leader continually inspires us to promote more efficient energy use and a healthier environment through our product operations.Our engaged and diverse workforce is committed to providing climate control solutions that provide the most value and comfort for our customers.We are proud to have instilled a shared sense of responsibility and commitment among our approximately 13,000 employees located throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.**Job Description**:The**Sr.Manager,****Responsibilities**- Creates and maintains a comprehensive IT strategy; educates and articulates this strategy tirelessly throughout the group.- Develop and lead comprehensive implementation plans for achieving IT objectives.- Establish quantitative quality objectives based on customer/market requirements.Develop consensus with management to integrate these objectives into their business annual plans.- Define systems for measurement, feedback, and utilization of IT data that supports improvement programs.- Will have direct leadership responsibility for IT department- Drive change management and employee involvement to support continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.- Provide liaison with customers in resolving IT issues.- Build an effective quality team committed to organizational goals, foster collaboration among team members, functional leadership and the senior leadership in the Commercial division.- Advisor to senior leadership on the continuous improvement strategy and transformation to tactically deploy Lean transformation.Qualifications:Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 10 years related experience.Has deep technical knowledge in administering and designing networks, systems, storage, security.Must have a strong understanding of the business implications of information technology, current trends and best practices.Requires excellent written and verbal communication.Must be able to lead subordinates to resolve technical challenges.
