(NASDAQ: EEFT), delivers innovative financial services including fast, secure, and affordable global money transfers to millions of customers along with currency exchange, mobile top-up, bill payment and check cashing services, offering a reliable omnichannel experience.With over 600,000 locations in nearly 200 countries and territories, our purpose remains to open ways for a better everyday life.We believe we can create a world in which people are empowered to build the life they dream of, no matter who they are or where they are.One customer, one family, one community at a time.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Software Development team.In this role, you will lead and support ongoing manual testing efforts while mentoring other QAs and expanding contributions to automation — especially around Web APIs — in collaboration with the development team and QA peers.The QA Engineer will work closely with developers, QAs, dev leads, DevOps, and analysts in a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality software delivery.This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in testing backend systems and automation who is eager to drive quality improvements.About This RoleThis role will be responsible for:Leading collaboration with IT, Business, and Development teams to analyze, design, and execute test strategies.Executing and overseeing manual test cases for backend systems and Web APIs.Identifying, analyzing, and documenting issues and areas for improvement.Driving automation efforts using tools such as Postman (API testing tool) and Azure DevOps, primarily for Web API validation.Documenting newly tested functionality and ensuring regression coverage is maintained.Supporting release coordination and providing QA leadership during deployments.Leading and contributing to ongoing process improvements for test coverage and efficiency.Required Skills and Experience5+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.Strong experience in manual testing, especially with backend applications and APIs (SOAP/REST).Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.Solid experience with automation testing practices and writing/maintaining automated scripts (preferably in C#).Strong knowledge of SQL for executing queries.Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.English proficiency (written and spoken).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.Desired ProfileComfortable leading QA efforts and mentoring less experienced team members.Experience in financial systems or back-office operations is a plus.Experience reading logs and analyzing backend system behavior.Exposure to CI/CD environments and test management tools (especially Microsoft tools like Azure DevOps).ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ria Money Transfer by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
