Sustaining Engineer (Mobile Access Management) – MexicoAre you passionate about solving complex technical challenges, diving deep into code, and improving products used by thousands of clinicians around the world?Join our team and help us keep mission-critical mobile healthcare solutions running smoothly and securely.About the RoleWe're looking for a Junior Sustaining Engineer to join our second-line support team.You'll be the bridge between Customer Support and Engineering, helping diagnose incidents, analyze logs, and uncover the root cause behind production issues.This is a hands-on, problem-solving role ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to grow in cloud environments and distributed systems.What You'll Do- Handle escalated tickets from support (second-line triage & diagnosis).- Analyze logs from AWS CloudWatch, iOS devices, and internal services.- Adjust configurations and policies (within operational permissions).- Collect technical evidence for developers: logs, repro steps, traces, screenshots.- Maintain runbooks and documentation of recurring issues.- Contribute to postmortems and operational recommendations.- Collaborate directly with Support—and sometimes customers—to reproduce or explain issues.- Use Jira for triage, prioritization, and ticket follow-up.What You Bring- 0–2 years of experience in support, operations, QA, or similar.- Experience reviewing logs (CloudWatch is a plus).- Ability to read and understand code to reproduce or identify issues (no coding required).- Basic understanding of AWS IAM and cloud concepts.- Experience with Jira and REST APIs (conceptual understanding).- Strong communication skills — structured, clear, and customer-friendly.- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to gathering evidence.LocationGuadalajara (Hybrid scheme).About GlobalLogicGlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner to the world's largest and most forward-thinking companies.Since ****, we've been at the forefront of the digital revolution – helping create some of the most innovative and widely used digital products and experiences.Today we continue to collaborate with clients in transforming businesses and redefining industries through intelligent products, platforms, and services.Benefits- 12 vacation days (50% paid)- Major medical insurance + life insurance- 30 days of year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) - 13% savings fund- Grocery + restaurant vouchers ($3,000 MXN each)- Gym Pass Apply now and take the next step in your tech career.
