Junior Operations Supervisor (Full-Time, Monday–Friday)We are hiring a Junior Operations Supervisor to support fast-growing startup companies.This is a junior-level leadership role, not a senior management position.You will help keep the team organized, track performance, and ensure that processes are followed.What You Will DoTrack and implement KPIsHelp define key performance indicators (KPIs) for your areaMonitor daily / weekly / monthly KPIs in spreadsheets or dashboardsFollow up with team members when KPIs are not being metHold team members accountableCheck that people are following processes and standardsGive reminders and follow-ups when tasks are late or incompleteEscalate issues to managers when neededOnboard and offboard team membersSet up new hires with tools, access, and basic trainingRemove access and complete checklists when someone leavesKeep simple records of who is on the team and their statusReporting for managersPrepare clear, simple reports for mid-level and senior managersSummarize KPI results, problems, and action itemsJoin check-in meetings and share updates on your areaOwn specific business functionsBe the "go-to" person for one or more processes (for example: customer support operations, internal admin, or project tracking)Keep SOPs (standard operating procedures) updatedSuggest improvements to make the process faster and betterWho We're Looking ForThis role is perfect for someone at the junior level who wants to grow into a stronger operations or management role.Experience1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, team lead, project support, or similar role (preferred).Experience working in a fast-paced company or startup is a plus.Skills & MindsetStrong organization skills and attention to detailComfortable with KPIs, numbers, and basic reportingGood communication in English (written and spoken)Able to hold people accountable in a respectful but firm wayProactive problem-solver – you look for solutions, not excusesComfortable giving managers clear updates, even with bad newsTechnologyComfortable working with multiple tools and learning new softwareAble to troubleshoot basic tech issues (logins, settings, integrations, etc.)Experience with tools like Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, project management tools, and CRMs is a plusJob DetailsLevel: Junior-level Operations SupervisorType: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday (aligned with US working hours, depending on the client)Environment: Fast-paced startup companies that are growing and changing quicklyStart Date: Immediate start – we are looking to fill this position as soon as possible#J-*****-Ljbffr
