**Job Description Summary**: Engineering associated with the manufacturing process.Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).**Description**:Provide strategic leadership and oversight across multiple business segments, managing a team of Manufacturing Engineering Leaders and Engineers to drive plant wide manufacturing engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives in quality, safety, cost, and innovation.Lead cross-segment collaboration to implement best practices, digital transformation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.**Key responsibilities/essential functions include**:- Oversee and mentor Manufacturing Engineering Leaders and Engineers across multiple business units.- Develop and execute plant-wide manufacturing engineering strategies.- Lead cross-functional and cross-segment initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product quality.- Champion innovation in manufacturing processes, automation, and digitalization.- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and corporate governance.- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation for engineering programs.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization of best practices across segments.- Lead plant-level CAPA and problem-solving initiatives.- Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement across all segments.- Comply with EHS regulations and policies; identify and report any EHS concern and support on corrective actions.**Quality Expectations**:Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions.**Required Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with Master degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business administration.Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing engineering leadership.Track record of multi-segment engineering teams.Expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and/or change management.Leadership and communication skills with executive presence.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or digital manufacturing.Experience leading plant-level CAPA systems and investigations.Ability to influence cross-functional and global teams.Bilingual.**Preferred Qualifications**:MBA or equivalent business leadership training Black Belt Six Sigma Certification Experience with global regulatory compliance and enterprise systems Background in advanced automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing Experience in integrations, or large-scale transformation projects**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
