OverviewJoin to apply for the Commercial Marketing Coord.Retail role at Suntory Global Spirits.At Suntory Global Spirits, we craft spirits of the highest quality and deliver brilliant experiences to people around the world.Suntory Global Spirits has evolved into the world's third largest leading premium spirits company ... where each employee is treated like family and trusted with legacy.With our greatest assets - our premium spirits and our people - we're driving growth through impactful marketing, innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit.Suntory Global Spirits is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day.What makes this a great opportunity?The spirits industry is an exciting and dynamic category, with SGS being a worldwide top player in the spirits business.This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative execution ideas at the point of sale, making a significant impact in the retail liquor market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a solid understanding of retail customers to support short and long-term business growth.Assist in creating customer plans through profitable activities aimed at increasing sales.Support the development of e-commerce strategies to boost sell-out for focus brands in retail.Execute marketing plans in the retail channel, monitoring brand strategies and seasonal promotions.Collaborate with the sales team to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail clients.Identify business growth opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team, contributing to actionable plans.Assist in the forecasting and management processes with the Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.Participate actively in key planning forums such as Annual Planning and Strategic Planning.Support the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process to develop solid plans for retail clients.Help with requisition preparations, monitoring purchase orders, and following up with suppliers for invoice processing.Monitor and control the marketing budget for retail activities.Coordinate with agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.Analyze promotional materials and options for brand representation in retail.Track the development and performance of promotional activities within the retail channel.Provide administrative support to the trade marketing team, including purchase orders process, organizing documents, and maintaining databases.Capability to analyze data (Sell in, Sell Out) for our top clients looking for the best recommendation for our JBP.Knowledge about the commercial capabilities of each of our clients.Knowledge of basic finances, looking for ROI of each Stores.Knowledge about the market industry in terms of Iscam.QualificationsUniversity Business degree.Fluent English, written & spoken.5 years of experience in Trade Marketing area.2 years in retail focused role.Availability to travel to close regions (30%).Suntory Global Spirits is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, military veteran status and all other characteristics, attributes or choices protected by law.All recruitment and hiring decisions are based on an applicant's skills and experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
