This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial, strategy and product teams, as well as direct interaction with partner restaurants to ensure campaign relevance and impact.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the full life cycle of marketing campaigns, ensuring they integrate both digital and offline components.Work closely with restaurant partners to define attractive promotions, considering their needs and business goals.Collaborate with the commercial/sales team to craft compelling value propositions and pitches that drive restaurant engagement.Develop 360° campaign strategies, ensuring all touchpoints and channels are aligned to maximize effectiveness.Partner with user product teams to ensure feasibility and seamless execution of campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.Role Qualifications6+ years experience in operations, strategy and planning, business analytics. Data ability is an important plus.Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a B2B2C or food service/tech environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in commercial contexts.Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail.Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Fluent in English.EEO StatementWe create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
