We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Analyst to join our team.Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C).Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.ResponsibilitiesProvide essential analytical support to the State Product Management team, focusing on personal lines insurance (auto and home).Deep collaboration with Actuarial and Data Science teams to evaluate, implement, and monitor product changes.Perform detailed analysis using data correlation and statistical techniques to identify patterns and insights.Develop and structure information from various internal data sources; create and refine programs for data extraction from company databases.Conduct primary market research including customer, competitor, distribution, and insurance department surveys.Prepare analysis on loss experience, retention, and expenses to support pricing and rate-making decisions.Analyze and summarize competitor rate filings and extract manual data for comparative purposes.Use Excel, PowerBI, Python / R to compare territory rate positions relative to peers.Prepare regulatory filing exhibits and respond to data inquiries from insurance regulators.Track and report on key performance indicators of state performance and strategic initiatives.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, or 1 year in a Product Analyst II position.English proficiency.Prior experience in an actuarial or product analyst capacity at a personal lines insurance company strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).SQL (Intermediate).Python and/or R (Intermediate).Benefits & OpportunitiesCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Career development and training opportunities.Flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based).Private Health Insurance.Training & Development.Insurance Product Development & Pricing.Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.With its strong 55-year heritage and deep industry expertise, Capgemini is trusted by its clients to address the entire breadth of their business needs, from strategy and design to operations, fueled by the fast evolving and innovative world of cloud, data, AI, connectivity, software, digital engineering and platforms.#J-*****-Ljbffr
