MissionThe Project Manager manages the whole project operationally, technically and will also be responsible for the quality, safety, progress and cost. His role is to ensure that the project is completed on time, on, budget, safely and in accordance with all applicable standards and requirements. The Project Manager is the primary and main representative of the project for the Client/PIC and other third parties involved on the project.The Systems IncludeHVAC system,Smoke control system,Dewatering system,Fire detection and fire-fighting systems.Escalators and ElevatorsMain ResponsibilitiesDefining and communicating the project objectives;Defining the staff organisation and overlooking the recruitment process;Managing financial aspects (including costing and billing) of the project and ensuring that objectives are met;Ensuring that project planning programme is followed by all project departments;Providing directives and guidelines to the different project department;Ensuring that risks are managed;Ensuring that project is implemented in accordance with contract requirements and applicable standards, and in compliance with applicable Laws and Regulations.Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.RequirementsBachelor or higher with 20 years of working experience in railway project in which 15 years at the similar positionSolid technical background with understanding and experience in the project management, budgeting, coaching, supervision, staffingTechnical skills in electrical & mechanical system is advantagedStrong planning, leadership, problem solving and communications skillsExcellent computer skillsGood command of English #J-18808-Ljbffr
