Descripción y detalle de las actividadesRESPONSABILITIES: -Influence in present role in current Department.-Contributes to Department level technology and product decisions.-Contributes to technical function initiatives.-Trains and supports more junior engineers in the Department.-Leads A3 meetings, develops metrics improvement plans and follow up.-Collaborate in transformational plans, Kaizen events and tools implementation such as MRF, VSM, 3P, Kanban, EPEI, Mistake proofing, QCPC, etc.-May coordinate automation initiatives, machinery design for new product and/or process improvement.-Qualification and cost- efficient processes development.-Elaborate risk assessment FMEA for product, equipment and processes.-Develop, review and sustain standard operation procedures.Experiência y requisitos- 3 to 5 years of experience -Experience with Reporting / Advanced Excel - Lean Manufacturing - Extrusion Molding Experience - Problem Solving - Advanced English - Hands on - SAP or MRPOrganizaciónTyco Electronics Tecnologías, S.de R.L. de C.V.GiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalManufactura de partes electrónicas para industria aeroespacial.Número de empleados******Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Jueves 7am a 5:30pm Viernes 7am a 3pm**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto
