FOX LATAM is seeking a seasoned and proactive HR Manager to support our Mexico-based teams.This individual will play a critical role in aligning local HR operations with global strategies, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and enhancing workforce performance through talent, engagement, and cultural integration initiatives.This is a high-impact individual contributor position requiring deep experience in Mexican HR practices, combined with the ability to work cross-functionally across HR Centers of Excellence, including Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, HR Operations, and Legal.The HR Manager will report directly to the SVP, HR based in New York and collaborate closely with U.Serve as the HR lead for Mexico, partnering with local and global leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational developmentSupport organizational change and integration efforts, especially during growth or structural shiftsAct as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, in coordination with Legal and HR leadershipOversee recruitment efforts and onboarding for regional hires, in collaboration with global Talent Acquisition and Compensation teamsCoordinate with the HRIS team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data, payroll, and benefits administrationProvide leadership in talent calibration, performance reviews, and employee development initiativesMonitor HR metrics and provide insightful reporting to inform business decisionsRecommend and implement scalable HR processes to support operational excellence and employee growth5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong familiarity with Mexican labor law and employment practices~ Prior experience in global or multinational organizations, ideally within the media sector~ Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance and offboarding~ Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and professional judgment~ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)~ Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insightsbased or cross-border HR teamsKnowledge of HR platforms, tools, and analytics (e.G., Exposure to organizational design, change management, or cultural transformation work
