Account Manager

We are PXI Automotive Mexico, a company in the automotive metalworking sector.Due to growth, we are looking for an **Account Manager** to perform the following activities:- Efficient communication of customer demands to cross-functional and project teams.- Maintain customer data updated in the system.- Provide escalation support by enssuring by ensuring smooth operations according to contracts and customer expectations.- Creation of schedule, agreements, sales, orders, and credit notes.- Analysis, statistics and support to SCM to make a account recovery for FC and old stock.- Ensure customer conception of stock and commitments.- Weekly monitoring of accounts receivable and informed customers to arrange payment in advance.- Maintain and manage or project contracts files.- Negotiate impact and or operational optimization initiatives with customer to improve feasibility.**Requirements**:- Advanced English (C2 level)- 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry- Project management tools and methods- Contract Management- Customer Relationship Management**We offer**:- Law benefits- Competitive salary**Horarios**:Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.Location: Parque Industrial Tecnológico Innovación- **Please send your resume in English**_Pay: $30,****** - $35,****** per monthWork Location: In person
