**Student Life Coordinator****Permanent contract**/ Crans-Montana, SwitzerlandLes Roches Global Hospitality Education, in the top 3 for Employer Reputation of Hospitality & Leisure Management graduates by the QS World University Ranking, is a brand of the Sommet Education Group.Founded in ****, Les Roches is a private institution based on the Swiss model of experiential learning, offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in the fields of hospitality, tourism and event management.Les Roches prepares entrepreneurial and innovative graduates across a global network of campuses in Crans-Montana (Switzerland), Marbella (Spain) and Shanghai (China).You share our values: Development, Distinctiveness, Joint commitment, Openness and Sense of service.We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Student Life Coordinator** to join our vibrant Student Affairs team.This role will involve organizing and overseeing a variety of extracurricular sports, social, and cultural activities for our students, both on and off-campus.You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences while ensuring all activities are in line with internal policies, and external regulations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Organize and oversee sports, social, and cultural activities and outings for students.- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, local, and federal laws.- Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment and facilities related to extracurricular activities.- Support and coach sports teams, representing the school at various competitions.- Promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle among students.- Assist Student Clubs and provide guidance in their activities.- Carry out daily administrative tasks within the Student Affairs Department.- Support the Student Affairs Team during major events and the yearly summer camp.**Requirements**:- Experience in organizing extracurricular activities, preferably in a student-focused environment.- Passion for sports, social events, and cultural activities.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and verbal.- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Flexibility to assist during key periods, including school events and summer camp.Join Our TeamAs a Student Life Coordinator at Les Roches Crans-Montana, you will have the opportunity to shape students' experiences and contribute to a dynamic and exciting campus life.If you're passionate about student engagement and want to make a positive impact, we invite you to submit your CV and cover letter.**Start date**: March ****.
