Working collaboratively across the business, this team translates insights and strategies into compelling, clear, and beautifully executed design assets.Where You’ll Fit Within the TeamAs a Design Manager, you’ll lead a team of designers while acting as a key thought partner to Bain client teams and business stakeholders. You’ll guide project planning and delivery, ensuring world-class design outcomes that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You’ll also play a key leadership role in mentoring talent, building team culture, and shaping creative excellence across projects.What You’ll DoServe as a subject matter expert and project lead on high-priority design work, aligning expectations across client teams, business partners, and design contributorsTranslate insights into powerful visual communications—ensuring all deliverables meet strategic goals and brand standardsOversee the performance and development of a team of designers, providing thoughtful direction, coaching, and timely feedbackTrack and analyze team performance using Creative Services KPIs and service benchmarks, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementFoster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting cross-team learning, innovation, and shared best practicesAct as a role model for wellbeing and inclusive leadership, helping team members grow their skills and careersAbout You5+ years of experience in a senior design role, with direct people management responsibilitiesProven ability to lead design projects in a fast-paced corporate environment—supported by a diverse portfolio across print and digital, including presentations, infographics, and data storytellingExpert-level skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong project management and communication skills—able to synthesize direction, influence stakeholders, and drive high-quality executionFluent in English (written and spoken)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, communication, or related fieldSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
