Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners:- Initiate and maintain regular contact and meetings with business partners to understand their evolving needs and ensure their expectations are met.- Provide proactive assistance and support to business partners to enhance their experience and maximize mutual benefits.- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives to expand our reach and drive business growth.2. Cultivate referral partnerships:- Identify and evaluate potential referral partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.- Lead negotiations and establish agreements and contracts with referral partners to formalize partnerships.3. Identify and onboard new business and referral partners:- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential partners aligned with our business objectives.- Develop and implement a structured onboarding process to facilitate seamless integration and collaboration with new partners.4. Marketing and Industry trends:- Provide constructive feedback and insights to partners on their marketing strategies to optimize performance and achieve mutual objectives.- Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.**What We're Looking For**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or related roles.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.- Knowledge of industry trends and marketing strategies.- Experience in contract negotiation and partner onboarding is preferred.**What We Offer**:- $20,000 to $25,000 MXN Gross Monthly Salary- Productivity Bonus- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.E04JI802n1q******yg
