The Opportunity Your Impact We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused IT Design Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of digital capabilities across our R&D and enterprise platforms. This role will serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s transformation roadmap and operational excellence goals. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that support business transformation initiatives. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee solution delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of digital capabilities. Manage technical teams and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. Track KPIs and value realization metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Support change management and user adoption strategies in partnership with OCM and PMO teams. Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Decisions on functional design and configuration decisions. Functional design lead for MQ. 5-7 years of practical experience - Senior professional with significant experience and extensive knowledge in a specialized field. Identify opportunities, analyze issues and integrate best practices for areas of expertise. Manages vendors with moderate complexity. Medium level of supervision.
