Strategy & P&L: Define and execute the ********* plan (sales, margin, CAPEX/OPEX).2. Go-to-Market: Build channels in Oil & Gas, Mining, WWTP; manage key accounts and OEM/EPC relationships.3. Operational Excellence: Reduce lead times via inventory planning, forwarders, customs brokers, and S&OP.4. Leadership: Manage a compact team (~20 FTEs), foster accountability and customer-centric purpose.5. CAPEX Governance: Oversee the investment portfolio with ROI and stage-gates.6.
