CONSULTORÍA EN SISTEMAS BUSCA = QUALITY ANALYST =**Purpose of Job**:The BI IT Jr role has primary responsibility for supporting plans and implementing IT solutions and tactics to ensure the connectivity and speed up business processes with technology within the affiliates.This role plays in integral role maintaining IT projects and ensuring IT service delivery.**Major Responsibilities**:- Integrate with local Business to understand needs to provide Commercial IT solutions.- Ensure sell-in / sell-out information is available to the BU's to make business decisions.- Ensure compliance of Protect Elanco, Privacy and E&C policies, standards and procedures for all IT solutions and platforms in place at the affiliate.This includes remediation plan and CAPA after all applicable audits.- Helping Project Manager - Planning, Manage, Control and Implement projects in his region- Implementation of reporting tools (example Power BI)- Daily Commercial IT operations.Support Process, Onboarding / Off boarding process, vendor management, Global service operations (Win, Office, O365, SharePoint, IOS monthly update, Sell out/in Reports, Quality, System access review, System support, Global documentations, etc)- Infrastructure oversight - (Support Services management, Help Desk, incident management, Device management, Inventory, etc).Ensure infrastructure meets business needs- Help Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure services (service desk, end user, mobility, network, host and platforms, data center and server rooms, security and Intranet) for Guadalajara Site.**Experience / Knowledge**:- Verbal and written communications skills.- Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions.Customer oriented.- Experience working with global IT teams.- Ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, and influence appropriate courses of action.- Collaboration and partnering skills.- Understanding of business/IT needs.- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.- Strong self-management and team working skills- Experience working with third-party service providers.- Experience in operational support (site or global Infrastructure /service management/Telecoms)- Working knowledge of ITIL principles.- Provide level 1 Incident Management support for service outages and interface with Elanco IT Incident Management team for service restoration.**Education**:- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science / affinity carriers.**Other Requirements**:- Multi-lingual (English, Spanish)- ITIL Certification (desired but not requested)Interesados CV por este medio o al correo mencionado.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $24,****** - $26,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horas
