We are Wabtec Corporation, Global Materials Operational Excellence (OPEX) Team.We provide strategic guidance to the Fulfillment (Purchasing) teams across the business leveraging brilliant standard processes with a strong lean orientated working culture.**Main responsibilities include**:- Following up with suppliers to update key information in SCC (as PO promising, Lead Time updates, Advanced Supplier Notice creation, etc.)- Running Webadi for mass uploads (as provided by FMs/OPEX)- Running Dataloaders- Data Analysis (as coached by Fulfillment Manager/OPEX) regards Fulfillment activities- Running Manual Strategic Weekly Reports for Fulfillment- Manual Oracle mass executions (when Webadi or Data Loader is not possible)**Requirements**:- Bachelor's in international business, Relations, Administration, or Industrial Engineering from 7th semester; at least with **1 year until graduation.**:- English professional proficiency- Availability from Monday to Friday (7AM - 4PM)**Desired Characteristics**:- Interpersonal Skills- Positive attitude on work environment- Empathy- Proactive- Responsibility- Organized- Great communication skills (oral and written)- Teamwork- Work under pressure**Where we are and What we Offer**:- Location: Monterrey, NL (near Torres Moradas / Galerías Monterrey)- Contract duration: 6 months but might be renewed for another 6 months (1 year, max 18 months in total)- Salary: $10,000 per month + food allowanceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoDuración del contrato: 6 mesesSalario: $10,****** al mesBeneficios:- Servicio de comedorHorario:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con disponibilidad de horario de Lunes a Viernes de 7AM-4PM?- ¿Qué carrera estás estudiando?- ¿Fecha tentativa de graduación?Educación:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (95%) (Obligatorio)
