Especialista de Producto - Enlainado de Molinos Weir Minerals Monterrey, Nuevo León, México. Híbrido Propósito del Rol El Product Manager será responsable de introducir, administrar, investigar, desarrollar y promover productos y servicios exitosamente en el sector minero. Su objetivo principal será lograr el óptimo posicionamiento de los productos en el mercado, gestionando su ciclo de vida y definiendo estrategias comerciales y de marketing para maximizar los beneficios y prolongar la existencia del producto. Responsabilidades Ventas: Preparar planes de marketing y pronósticos de ventas anuales. Ventas: Capacitar y apoyar a la fuerza de ventas directa y distribuidores. Ingeniería: Implementar mejoras en los productos para satisfacer las necesidades cambiantes del mercado. Ventas: Desarrollar propuestas de valor y diferenciadores para clientes. Interactuar con todas las áreas de la empresa, desde investigación y desarrollo hasta el área legal. Seguridad es primero: Demostrar un compromiso del 100 % con nuestros comportamientos de cero daños en apoyo de nuestro impulso hacia el desarrollo de una cultura de seguridad de clase mundial. Conocimiento del Puesto / Educación y Calificaciones Formación profesional en Ingeniería Química, Mecánica, Industrial o afín. 3 a 5 años de experiencia en área comercial, idealmente relacionado con el circuito de molienda. Experiencia en ventas de equipos y productos para la minería y la industria. Dominio de Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP, Outlook, preferentemente AutoCAD. Capacidad para entender y resolver problemas matemáticos y analíticos. Habilidad para leer y entender dibujos y planos de ingeniería.
