Who We Are Looking For We’re seeking a Senior Jordan Sales Representative to join the CASA team. In this role, you will collaborate with CaSA Country leads to support CaSA distributors on driving consumer focus, managing key partner relationships, identifying and executing product opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, and providing strong customer service by maintaining strong relationships. What You Will Work On As a Senior Sales Representative, Jordan Brand – CASA you will collaborate with Country leads and CaSA distributor's team toайл drive Jordan's Go To Market (GTM). You will support the CAsA marketplace strategic initiatives by fostering strong relationships with CaSA distributors and acting as the main contact for all things Jordan marketplace. Working with Country leads, you will oversee and fully support CaSA distributor's sell‑in to sell‑through processes. In partnership with LATAM cross‑functional teams, you will deliver clear product and brand presentations, meet commercial targets, and identify growth opportunities. Optimize Jordan product sales by partnering with LATAM cross‑functional teams and CaSA distributors to deliver accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. Ensure timely submission of seasonal orders as well as coordination of order tracking, and retail launch information. The role will support Country leads and CaSA distributors to drive sell‑in and sell‑through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive product presentations. Identify product opportunities and work with Country leads, LATAM cross‑functional teams and CaSA distributors to implement product strategies. Display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with LATAM and CaSA distributor teams. Partner with Country leads and CaSA distributors to understand, drive, and scale retail elevation across our markets and find ways to leverage best‑in‑class examples across our teams. Who You Will Work With This role will be based in Mexico City, but will report to the APLA GM of Sales (based out of WHQ) and work cross‑functionally with the APLA Jordan Sport teams and CASA Marketplace team. What You Bring 5-7 years’ overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising vurderi, sales business planning, or sales business analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketingatalist, or a related field is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in sales is highly preferred, with a strong working knowledge of sports, the athletics industry, and marketplace trends. Understanding of team sales, merchandising sales, sports trends, and sports culture will be an added advantage. Proven leadership and teamwork ability toward developing and maintaining high‑profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and organizational layers. Ability to prepare, plan and deliver product presentations, use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability. Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. Ensure timely execution of order tracking, order input, sales & stock tracking, product launch information, and other sales‑related execution tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
