**Location**: Merida, Yucatan, Mexico**Job Type**: Full-time**About the Role**We're looking for a **Social Media and Paid Ads Marketer** to create and manage impactful campaigns for our portfolio of **vacation rental clients**.You'll be responsible for driving bookings, brand visibility, and audience engagement through a mix of **paid advertising** and **organic social media strategies**.This role is ideal for a marketer who combines a **creative eye for design** with a **data-driven mindset** — someone who understands what makes travelers click and how to turn that into measurable results for our clients.**Responsibilities**- Develop and execute **paid advertising campaigns** across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms for vacation rental clients.- Manage and grow **organic social media presence** for multiple brands, ensuring each reflects its unique identity and target audience.- Plan and maintain a **content calendar** that aligns with client goals and seasonal travel trends.- Create visually appealing ad creatives and captions that tell a story and inspire bookings.- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to maximize ROI and reduce wasted spend.- Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates) and prepare performance reports for clients.- Collaborate with design, content, and account teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.- Stay up to date on platform updates, travel marketing trends, and creative best practices.**Requirements**:- **C1-level English proficiency or higher** (excellent communication and copywriting skills).- Proven experience running **paid ads and organic social campaigns**, ideally in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce.- Strong knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, and social analytics tools.- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and balance creative and analytical tasks.- Great **design sensibility** and ability to guide or create visuals that capture attention.- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented — thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.**Nice to Have**- Experience with **vacation rentals, hotels, or travel-related marketing**.- Familiarity with **Canva, Figma, or Video Editing Tools**.- Knowledge of **retargeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing**.- Understanding of **landing page optimization** and **basic SEO principles**.- Comfortable presenting campaign results and recommendations to clients.**Why You'll Love Working With Us**- Collaborate with a dynamic marketing team focused on the vacation rental industry.- Work on creative campaigns for **beautiful destinations** and **unique properties**.- Access the latest tools in digital marketing, analytics, and AI-assisted optimization.- Opportunity to grow your skills while helping clients achieve real, measurable results.Pay: $16,****** - $22,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Mérida, Yuc.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Is your English proficiency at mother tongue level or at least C1 or better?**Experience**:- Social Media Marketing / Paid Ads: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
