This role is key to ensuring long‑term system sustainability, user satisfaction, and alignment with HR operational goals.Your ImpactAs Enterprise Solutions Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist ofProvide day‑to‑day functional support for SAP HCM modulesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define solutions, and implement process improvements within SAP HCMLead ankles configuration, testing and validation of changes, enhancements, and support packagesTranslate business needs.dtd into SAP HCM configuration or functional specifications for technical teamsSupport ongoing system maintenance, including issue tracking, troubleshooting,Oid tmp and root cause analysisParticipate in end‑user training, documentation, and change management effortsEnsure compliance with HR data standards and security protocolsServe as a liaison between HR, IT, and external partners to ensure optimal system performance and deliverySAP S/4 and SuccessFactors knowledge recommendedWho Are We Looking For?Experience5–7 years of experience in a functional SAP HCM roleStrong understanding of core SAP HCM modules and related business processesExperience gathering requirements, writing functional specs, testing, and supporting HCM solutionsFamiliarity with HR reporting, organizational structure setup, personnel actions, and integrationsAbility to interpret and communicate SAP HCM functionality to non‑technical usersExcellent problem‑solving skills with a user‑centered mindsetStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionallyIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
