This is a remote position.This contractor role offers remote work with variable compensation based on projects completed averaging $500-$900 USD per month.About the CompanyFusion Growth Partners is a business incubator and micro-venture capital company.We invest in businesses that have a proven track record of success but are often overlooked by other investors.Specializing in partnerships with small service-based businesses and individual real estate agents we invest heavily in their growth enabling them to significantly scale their clientele and business profits.We offer a unique Partnership as a Service model that goes beyond traditional SaaS recently earning a spot as the 813th fastest-growing company in America by Inc.Were growing fast with over 300 team members and were looking for innovative and strategic talent to help take us to the next level.Job DescriptionFusion Growth Partners is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with a passion for illustrative design typography and a portfolio that showcases creative expertise.This role requires experience working across various design platforms including both digital and print media and the ability to deliver visually compelling content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.As a key contributor you will collaborate with our US-based partners over Zoom making real-time edits and creating effective logos designs print and digital media.The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills a strong understanding of digital and social media and a systematic approach to project management.Success in this role requires proficiency in multiple software platforms a keen eye for detail and the ability to execute creative solutions that align with our brands strategic goals.Your work will help Fusion remain a leader in the industry delivering measurable results and engaging designs.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with US-based partners via Zoom to create and refine designs in real time.Develop compelling logos layouts and visual assets for both digital and print media.Design engaging marketing materials including brochures social media graphics and email templates.Ensure all design work aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates our message.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.Navigate and utilize various software platforms for project creation and management.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who has :A passion for illustrative design and typography demonstrated through a strong portfolio.2 years of experience in graphic design with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.Fluent conversational English skills for effective communication with partners.A systematic approach to managing projects and a keen attention to detail.Flexibility to meet with partners during regular business hours.A thorough understanding of digital and social media platforms.The ability to write clearly and concisely when creating copy for design projects.Required EquipmentTo excel in this role you will need :A desktop computer with a Core i5 Intel processor or above.The current version of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.Two monitor screens for efficient workflow.High-speed internet for seamless communication and project execution.This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a dynamic team to produce impactful designs that drive growth and client engagement.#J-*****-Ljbffr
