**About IT in Nestlé**We are a team of IT professionals from many countries and diverse backgrounds, each with unique missions and challenges in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company of the world.We innovate every day through forward-looking technologies to create opportunities for Nestlé's digital challenges with our consumers, customers and at the workplace.We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.To strengthen our IT Regional LATAM Supply Chain team in Mexico, we are looking for a Business Analyst Senior to complete our Supply Chain - Demand & Supply Planning - Department.**Position Snapshot****Location**:Nestlé México**Stream**: IT Supply Chain & Procurement**Type of Contract**:Permanent**Key responsibilities**:- Support the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value- Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need - Partner with business and IS/IT to analyze, translate, and document their requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT product backlog.- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation- Analyze and document process flows, write development specifications and test developments- Document training materials for the product- Deliver training to the end users and support teams- Deployment of product solutions and projects to markets- Support the analysis and resolution of issues with our sustain 3rd party provider**Required Profile**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information systems, Engineering and other related discipline.- 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area- Availability for business trips - Experience in working in Projects, Improvement and Sustain activities within Supply Chain.- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization, in English and Spanish.Portuguese would be a plus.- Understanding of basic system landscape and data protection/security standards- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile and Waterfall)- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology- Advance knowledge of SAP APO, in both Demand Planning and Supply & Production Planning.Also, Knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP Core Interface is necessary.S/4 HANNA is considered as a plus.- Knowledge of Statistical forecasting models.Knowledge of SAS solution would be a plus- Knowledge in other planning system solutions such as OMP (UNISON) would be a plus- Understanding of Sell-in and Sell-out/Point of Sales (POS) concepts- Knowledge of Demand Sensing concept- Knowledge in Integrated Business Planning process, integration of Demand Planning with Commercial and Finance areas- Knowledge in Sales & Operation Planning (SOP) - Business long term planning- Understand of Key Business Indicators (KPI) and reports that measure process performance (SAP BW reports)- Knowledge in Process Chains and Job Scheduling for background process execution- Understanding of business complexity and interdependencies (End to End Mindset)- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams is a plus- Knowledge in Cloud Solutions, AI, IoT is a plus
