About Digistore24Digistore24 is one of the world's leading all-in-one platforms for digital sales and affiliate marketing.We empower entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses by simplifying payment processing, sales automation, and affiliate program management.With a strong global footprint, we are dedicated to building seamless solutions that drive revenue and scalability for our partners and clients.Our remote-first culture values autonomy, cross-border collaboration, and a results-driven mindset.About The RoleWe're seeking a Global Operations Coordinator to join our Globalization team.This role will play a pivotal part in Digistore24's international expansion by coordinating key operational initiatives, supporting vendor readiness, and driving process improvements.Reporting directly to the Global Expansion Manager, the Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring projects move forward on time, vendors are supported across departments, and scalable processes are created for long-term success.The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in balancing day-to-day execution with strategic operational improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee globalization growth initiatives, including onboarding new fulfillment houses, vendor launch readiness, and funnel localization projects.Manage timelines, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Act as the first point of contact for vendor-related questions across Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, and Product Approval teams.Provide timely support and resolution, and ensure vendors are fully prepared for successful market launches.Document and improve Globalization team processes by creating and maintaining SOPs, tracking KPIs, and implementing workflow improvements that enhance efficiency, communication, and scalability.Post weekly departmental updates and provide administrative support where needed, including preparing accurate meeting notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related fields.Familiarity with digital sales, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce platforms.Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.Proven ability to manage complex projects and resolve operational issues across multiple departments.Experience in documenting and improving workflows to drive scalability.Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Clickup or Monday.Com, Confluence.#J-*****-Ljbffr
