Especialista en Paid Media / Performance Digital Objetivo del puesto Responsable de la ejecución, optimización y análisis de campañas digitales en plataformas clave (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, Programmatic), con un fuerte enfoque en desempeño y resultados. Este rol combina visión estratégica con ejecución práctica en un entorno internacional y dinámico. Responsabilidades principales Planificar, configurar y optimizar campañas en: Meta Ads Microsoft Bing Ads Programmatic Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas y proponer mejoras estratégicas. Gestionar directamente cuentas y presupuestos significativos. Colaborar con equipos internacionales para definir objetivos y KPIs. Participar en ejercicios de benchmarking y análisis de la competencia. Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, herramientas y regulaciones del ecosistema digital. Conocimiento del sector financiero, productos de crédito al consumo y crédito personales. Perfil del candidato Dominio sólido de Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube y App Campaigns). Conocimiento en Microsoft Ads y Meta Ads (indispensable). Deseable: experiencia adicional en plataformas como TikTok, Taboola, SA360 o DV360. Dominio avanzado de GA4, seguimiento de conversiones y modelos de atribución. Capacidad para ejecutar pruebas A/B, aplicar estrategias de puja (manuales y automáticas), segmentación de audiencias y mejoras de Quality Score. Experiencia manejando presupuestos grandes y orientado a resultados en métricas como CPA, adquisición de clientes y awareness. Alta capacidad analítica y manejo de Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio u otras herramientas de BI. Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y trabajo colaborativo. Perfil hands‑on, dispuesto a involucrarse directamente en la operación. Se valora experiencia previa en industrias competitivas (fintech, seguros, e-commerce). Preferentemente experiencia in‑house o en agencias de performance con historial de estabilidad laboral (mínimo 2 años por empresa). Integración al HUB internacional, con exposición a proyectos y equipos globales. Onboarding y acompañamiento de especialistas senior. Oportunidad de gestionar presupuestos de gran escala, con espacio para pruebas y optimización. Trabajo con socios estratégicos globales como Google, Meta y Aleph.
