TEST LEAD#ZCC is currently hiring a:TEST LEADKey Roles & ResponsibilitiesTest strategy and planning, including recommendation of staffing plans and estimation of costsProvide strategic QA guidance and lead testing for transformational initiatives and / or application portfoliosRemove impediments faced by project team members, utilizing agile methodology tools where applicable (e.g., scrum of scrum, retrospectives, etc.)Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managersObtain approval from for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteriaPrepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for productionCoordinate work with onshore / offshore team members as neededCoordinate testing updates with ZNA retained IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Test Analyst(s) as needed to ensure alignment across stakeholdersDefect Management approach and execution, including logging and reporting of defects and adherence to Defect Management by all project / scrum team members (including those outside of test team)Create/support/improve overall QA Process within project and within the organization using lessons learnedDevelop and coordinate the transition from project to release / prod support and ensure hand-offs are handled properly for testing, proper KT, roles / responsibilities, quality, etc.Recommend scope of work for automation testing and ensure plans are in place to implement and execute automation test scripts while coordinating with Test Automation strategy leadersDrive development of automation test scripts based on test strategy and existing frameworksApply knowledge in testing tools and understanding of automation and performance testing conceptsAs needed, perform requirements analysis, author functional test cases, and execute test cases while understanding the testable software requirementsKey Experience NeededFour + years of experience in Functional testing (creating test plans/test cases/test data strategy)Four + years of experience with agile project delivery methodology (i.e., scrum)Four + years of experience with project and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Application Management Lifecycle (ALM), Azure DevOps, PICT, etc.)Experience with 1 or more test automation frameworks (e.g., ADAPT, Robot, SpecFlow)Experience with 1 or more UI Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cypress, Tosca)Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., insurance, banking)Vacancy available only for CDMX, Edo de Mex and Guadalajara.(apply only if your residence is in these areas)Who we are.Looking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?At Zurich millions of individuals and businesses place their trust in our products and services every day.Our 53,000 employees worldwide form the basis of our success, enabling, businesses and communities to face a world of risk with confidence.Imagine if you could help people do this all over the world.You'd give them confidence and reassurance by protecting what they love most.It's a big challenge, but you will be supported by a world-class team who believe in helping you to reach your full potential and deliver on our promises.So be challenged.Be inspired.Help us make a difference.At Zurich we are an equal opportunity employer.We attract and retain the best qualified individuals available, without regard to race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
