Job description**Genpact the worldwide company with more than 99,000 employees around the globe is looking for passionate and tax experienced positions to be part of our amazing company.**In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the network operations 24X7 for internal IT Core Infrastructure.You will working actively on the operational issues along with internal / external stakeholders to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive).**Responsibilities**:- Implement and Design AWS Workspace/AppStream, VMware Horizon & Citrix Virtual App and Desktop on Azure Cloud on the corporate environment.- Create & Manage the control planes related to different VDI Solutions (Citrix, VMware Workspaces).- Create & Manage the AWS Stacks & Fleets, AD connectors, VPC, S3 bucket.- Create the new provision disks & implement the policies related to process.- Create, implement, and manage the AWS Workspace AppStream.- Create, implement and manage Citrix Virtual App and Desktop, VMware Horizon- Implement, Manage & Upgrade the Cloud connectors.- Knowledge on profile management tools (FSLogix,Profile Unity, User Environment Manager, Dynamic environment manager).- Knowledge on managing policies through profile unity.- Create and manage packages from flexapp.- Good knowledge on AD group policies and OS server / desktop flavors.- Migration of on prem Citrix infra to cloud Citrix / AWS workspace.- Capacity analysis best practices and tools.- Upgrade & Migrate the session hosts servers.- Troubleshoot & provide the RCA for different VDI products- SLA Compliance / vulnerabilities related to internal / external auditors.- Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell or other scripting technology developing scripts for automating processes.- Manage & implement the IAM role-based access on in AWS level.- Basic understanding on ESXi, Hyper-V, HA, DRS, FT environment.- Day to day operational activity related to virtualize environment.- Knowledge of ITIL process (change, incident, problem management).- Minimum 7+ experience in the Citrix / VDI Cloud environment components.**Minimum qualifications**Preferred qualificationsDesired Industry certifications like AWS, CCA, CCP, VCP etc.**Salary**: Up to $40,****** per month
