Elementary English Coordinator - CuajimalpaPeterson School is looking for a highly motivated English Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the educational field.This is a key role that requires exceptional team-working skills and a strong commitment to the professional development of teachers, in order to meet and exceed the objectives set by our institution.As the English Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading, guiding, and supporting our team of teachers in planning and executing their teaching duties.Your work will be essential in ensuring that every team member meets Peterson School's educational standards and contributes to the growth and development of our students.ResponsibilitiesLead the English department, ensuring curricula and teaching methodologies are effective and aligned with institutional goals.Promote the professional growth of teachers through training sessions, workshops, and feedback sessions to help them reach their educational goals and improve their teaching practice constantly.Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication among teachers, facilitating conflict resolution and implementing joint projects that benefit students.Put in place systems for evaluating teacher performance and student progress, in order to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching strategies based on results.Stay at the forefront of pedagogical and technological trends in English language teaching, integrating new tools and methodologies to enrich our students' learning experience.Establish an effective communication channel with parents and the broader educational community, reporting on progress, activities, and achievements of the English department.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.English certification at an advanced level (at least C1) or equivalent, e.G. international exams (Cambridge, TOEFL, etc.).QualificationsExcellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.Experience working in a team and managing teaching staff.Knowledge of using technological tools applied to education.Leadership ability and capacity to motivate and inspire others.Knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace for collaboration, communication, and administrative tasks.If you are someone who thrives on shaping young minds, who believes that every child deserves the opportunity to shine through excellent English education, and who is ready to lead with heart and vision, this is your momentAt Peterson School, we are searching for a leader who isn't just qualified, but passionate: someone who can inspire teachers, elevate student learning, and transform possibilities into realities.Join us as our English Coordinator and be part of something greater.Bring your experience, your innovation, and your leadership.Let's work together to build a learning culture where curiosity is celebrated, every voice is heard, and excellence is the norm.Apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
