Description Position at ISP Mexico & Central America ISP HR Analyst Role Profile Purpose of Role In this role you will support the organization by analyzing HR data optimizing processes and providing insights that contribute to data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. Youll collaborate closely with various HR functions and business units to ensure consistency accuracy and effectiveness in all HR-related activities. ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities Collect analyze and interpret HR-related data (e.g. turnover absenteeism compensation engagement) to identify trends and improvement areas Support HR reporting and dashboard creation for internal stakeholders and leadership Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies procedures and programs Monitor key HR metrics and ensure data integrity across systems Provide support in recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes Assist in performance management cycle coordination and tracking Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews Skills Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field 1-3 years of experience in an HR Analyst HR Coordinator or similar role . Experience working with HRIS platforms . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset Discretion and ability to handle sensitive / confidential information ISP Commitment to Safeguarding Principles ISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
