Somos una consultora de Executive Search con presencia en LATAM.Nos reconocen por nuestro equipo senior, la calidad de nuestros servicios y la especialización por áreas.Somos un equipo jóven, vibrante, enérgico y apasionado por lo que hacemos.Ayudamos a las empresas a encontrar al talentoque necesitan para alcanzar su máximo potencial.Trabajamos en equipo, de manera colaborativa con una mentalidad abierta al aprendizaje y mejora continua.Nuestro objetivo es tener un impacto positivo en la vida de clientes, candidatos, proveedores y nuestro equipo.Descripción del puestoImportante empresa farmacéutica internacional está en búsqueda de un Finance Director con el objetivo de liderar la integración financiera y operativa de nuevas unidades de negocio, asegurar el reporting bajo normas internacionales y optimizar la función financiera como socio clave del negocio.Principales ResponsabilidadesLiderazgo de Integración y Transformación:Liderar la integración financiera (end-to-end) gestionando la consolidación de procesos, sistemas y la estructura de los equipos de Finanzas.Identificar y ejecutar sinergias financieras y operativas.Contabilidad, Reporting y Cumplimiento Regulatorio:Garantizar la correcta ejecución de la contabilidad y la planeación fiscal de manera interna, asegurando el cumplimiento estricto de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) para el reporte a casa matriz.Supervisar los procesos de cierre contable y fiscal, auditorías externas y la emisión de reportes gerenciales (P&L, Balance, Flujo de Caja) precisos y oportunos.Planeación Financiera (FP&A) y Tesorería:Dirigir el ciclo completo de FP&A: presupuestación anual, forecasting y análisis de variaciones, asegurando la alimentación correcta de la información al sistema corporativo.Gestionar la Tesorería (relación con bancos, inversiones, Cash Flow) y la optimización del Capital de Trabajo (cuentas por cobrar, inventarios).Socio de Negocio y Liderazgo Operativo:Actuar como Business Partner de la Dirección, participando activamente en el análisis de rentabilidad, fijación de precios (pricing) y casos de negocio (incluyendo lanzamientos de productos), y disposición a involucrarse en la operativa diaria (contable y Supply Chain en el futuro).Mínimo 8-10 años en Finanzas, con al menos 3-5 años en posición de liderazgo (Director o Gerente Senior de Finanzas/FP&A).Fuerte base contable y fiscal, y experiencia en NIIF (Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera).Conocimiento avanzado de SAP (esencial para la integración) y herramientas de reporting y planeación (Excel avanzado).#J-*****-Ljbffr
