About the JobAt Oyster HR, we partner with fast-growing businesses worldwide—helping them build strong digital foundations and scale their marketing performance with clarity and confidence.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager (Part-Time) who understands both the art and discipline of managing clients, running high-budget advertising campaigns, and steering growth with data-driven clarity.ResponsibilitiesBuild trust-driven relationships and guide clients through strategic decisions on performance marketing.Translate client objectives into structured marketing plans across Google Ads and Meta Ads.Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns involving large advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable growth.Evaluate spend distribution, ROAS trends, performance anomalies, and scaling opportunities.Work directly with performance specialists to guide execution based on strategic priorities.Identify performance gaps early and recommend corrective strategies grounded in data.Maintain consistency in reporting formats to support retention and clarity.Support new client onboarding: strategy alignment, expectation setting, and tools/platform setup.Qualifications3–7 years of experience in digital marketing account management.Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Ability to convert raw performance data into actionable insights.Ability to audit campaigns, identify wasted spend, and build clear optimization plans.Understanding of funnel strategy, attribution, creative testing, audience expansion, and scaling frameworks.Ability to simplify complex advertising concepts for non-technical clients.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Tools & PlatformsAsana, ClickUp, Monday, Slack.BenefitsPart-time and fully remote work structure.Opportunities for ongoing professional development.Join UsIf you are ready to combine client partnership, performance strategy, and thoughtful communication into one impactful role, we'd like to meet you.Send your application and let's explore whether this is the next step in your digital marketing journey.#J-*****-Ljbffr
