Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., also known as IMI, is one of the leading global providers of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services (SATS) in the world.AUTOMATION MECHANICAL DESIGNER**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Robótica o afín- Experiência previa: +3 años comprobables en puesto o rol similar (diseño-automatización) con experiência en líneas automatizadas de manufactura.- Paquetería diseño: SolidWorks (avanzado) AutoCAD (avanzado).- Conocimientos: Fabricación de estaciones automatizadas, calificación de equipos, calibración, PLC, GD&T, neumática, servomotores, controladores de movimiento, CNC, SCARA, diseño de Experimentos, análisis de fallas.- Idioma: Inglés avanzado - conversacional- Lugar de trabajo: Parque industrial el salto.ACTIVIDADES:- Responsable del diseño de los equipos de ensamblaje de precisión y del apoyo al proceso de construcción de estos hasta la puesta en marcha - liberación de la producción en masa.- Resolver la integración de nuevas tecnologías para abordar problemas complejos de ensamblaje y automatización que tengan un impacto directo en la calidad y el rendimiento de la máquina.Adaptar o mejorar los equipos nuevos o heredados.- Alinear a los proveedores de equipos automatizados, ser el líder técnico y el conductor de los proyectos.- Organizar revisiones interfuncionales de los requisitos, diseño, la calificación y la capacidad de las máquinas.- Participar en el proceso de solicitud de los requisitos del diseño de los equipos automatizados, el calendario de entrega, la documentación necesaria y la calificación para la aceptación de los equipos en las instalaciones del proveedor - Empresa.- Contactar a los proveedores de la maquinaria para las revisiones y propuestas de diseño de los equipos automatizados.- Utilizar herramientas estadísticas (como GR&R, SPC y Cp/pCk) para garantizar que los procesos/equipos sean escalables y sigan funcionando correctamente una vez calificados.- Dirigir el análisis de fallas y la resolución de problemas de los equipos cuando se trabaje con proveedores.OFRECEMOS:- Contratación directa por la compañía.- Sueldo competitivo.- Paquete de prestaciones superiores a las de ley.- Servicio de transporte y comedor.
