Let's make it happenWhat you'll do:Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesBuild and maintain reports and datasets using Excel and/or PythonSupport the design, documentation, and improvement of supply chain processesWork with multiple stakeholders across different teams and departmentsAssist in executing process improvement initiatives and operational projectsCreate clear documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations in a structured and professional wayTake ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results independently within defined timelinesWho we're looking for:You're pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.You're bringing prior internship or work experience in analytical, operational, or project-based roles.You're skilled in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, and reporting.You're equipped with basic Python knowledge or experience using it for data analysis and reporting.You're comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.You're strong in written and verbal communication.You're able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.You're structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with a high standard for documentation and process clarity.What we offer:A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company eventsCompetitive salary of 965€ gross per month, Coverflex, benefits, and meal allowancePrivate health insurance including dental careEmployee discount on Emma products for yourself, friends and familyIn-house Portuguese classesBecome an EmmieEmma is transforming the world of sleep -and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.We want you.
