About the CompanyAt the intersection of design, engineering and supply logistics, REHAU Automotive and SRG Global came together to form RESRG, a leading global supplier of coated exterior systems and components.With a combined track record of more than 160 years on four continents and 22 production sites, RESRG's team of 10,000 skilled professionals manufactures the most modern exterior systems and components for the world's leading automotive manufacturers.We are a fast-growing company with a strong internal culture that values respect for others, diversity, service to a greater purpose, and passionate creativity.We have a dynamic and growing global presence.Create the next generation of innovation.Professional paths that allow for professional growth and development.A safe and fun workplace focused on health and well-being.About the RoleThe ops buyer role is an individual contributor position with responsibility for supporting the purchasing activity of RESRG Automotive global headquarters.This individual will work closely with the purchasing category manager to support IT, Engineering, HR, and additional functions in their purchasing needs.This person will have responsibility to execute the source to pay process for purchases using purchasing systems, processes, and financial controls.The goal is to drive superior value and efficiency for corporate customers of the purchasing process.Build working relationships with key stakeholders in the business including requisitioners and purchasing leadership.Coordinates with admin assistants to support executive leadership purchasing activities.Support PO for the "Troy plant" and other non-manufacturing sites such as Farmington.Ensure that receiving is completed on a timely basis as some items are ordered from Troy with delivery to other locations.Maintain Travel and Entertainment (T&E) systems for latest providers and services as sourced (Concur, Amex travel, Brex), for example if a new contract or new supplier is implemented with a transportation provider, that the amex system is updated.Maintain supplier master data with add / remove / update per the purchasing strategy.Additional or process support to be determined.Support continuous improvement or cost savings project as determined by category manager and purchasing leadership.Improve adherence to purchasing strategy including preferred suppliers, channels, and terms.Bachelor's degree.~5+ years relevant work experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations.~ Skilled in Purchasing systems and processes, analytics, Ability to effectively through remote meeting tools to serve multiple locations.SAP and CMS also preferred.Conversational English.We offer essential resources and support to build and maintain your physical, financial, and emotional strength, focusing on your overall well-being so you can focus on what matters most.#J-*****-Ljbffr
