Our 5,200 experts representing 80+ nationalities in 58 countries are united by a shared purpose: helping companies navigate through uncertainty by empowering them to make the right decisions and trade smarter in a complex world.With nearly 80 years of global experience, we offer companies a full range of solutions: Trade Credit Insurance, Business Information, Debt Collection, Single Risk insurance, Surety Bonds, Factoring—all driven by a unique data patrimony, cutting-edge technology, innovation and a deep understanding of the global economy.Job TitleRisk Management SpecialistResponsibilitiesFacilitate, implement and improve the enterprise risk management framework for Coface Mexico.Identify, measure, manage, treat, monitor and report operational and non-operational risks, emerging issues and regulatory requirements for Mexico.Assist in the development, implementation and improvement of risk management framework, strategy, policies, technologies and tools.Manage and facilitate risk identification, assessment and response processes in consideration of the chosen business strategy and objectives at various levels.Identify emerging risks and risk indicators to monitor trends for new business initiatives and strategies.Provide subject-matter expertise and conduct engagements that support management in exploring opportunities and addressing risk concerns, focusing on optimizing organizational performance.Support the business in managing risk in compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies and risk appetite.Create reports for management and the Board of Directors to keep key stakeholders informed of risks affecting business strategy.Contribute to risk-management activities including risk-committee meeting preparation, support, minutes and follow-up on deliverables.Develop, foster and maintain strong relationships with management and senior leadership, generating trust and understanding between stakeholders and risk management to position the team as an independent trusted advisor.Participate in and support the "Second Line of Defense" activities, partnering with operational teams on controls, risk assessment and operational incident and losses reporting.Contribute to development and implementation of risk training for all employees.Conduct risk-mapping exercises in collaboration with operational business functions.Contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process by executing risk-related activities and analyses, including portfolio review and stress testing.Actively execute scenario analyses for Dynamic Solvency Testing and ORSA.Support the risk team's reporting obligations internally and externally and ad-hoc requests.Contribute to identification, research and reporting of cybersecurity risks, including overseeing vendor risk management and cybersecurity.Assure organizational compliance with all-risk policies, procedures and guidelines.Participate in all department projects.Assist with responses to internal audit requests.Qualifications2–3 years of experience in a similar business environment, preferably in insurance and financial services.University degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Business Management.Sound understanding of enterprise risk-management concepts and specific risk areas such as financial, non-financial, IT, third-party and project risk.Professional designation in a related field is an asset (e.G., knowledge of COSO, CRM, Dynamic Solvency Test, ORSA).Fluency in English is required.Programming skills in Visual Basic, Python, Excel/macros, etc.#J-*****-Ljbffr
