The Test Manager will be responsible for defining test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, driving automation initiatives, and delivering high-quality system validation aligned with product requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and execution of system integration and validation strategies. Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration. Review and analyze product requirements to identify integration and validation needs. Define and maintain system integration specifications and test plans. Oversee the development and deployment of automated test systems and frameworks. Ensure timely execution of test activities and delivery of detailed validation reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality. Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in system testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong understanding of electronics principles, devices, circuits, and power electronics. Experience with server/data center power systems and communication protocols is highly desirable. Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
