Responsible for technical aspects as well as for the growth and development of the team. What will your job look like Responsible for complete Project Management & drive the lifecycle of a project. Estimate work and be a focal point for delivering on tasks and raise potential scope issues to the team. You will own the progress and predicts risks (Quality timeline and budget) as needed and takes vital mitigations required to meet the critical metrics prioritize activities (self team external). Responsible for People Management whereby you will attract develop and retain talent to build and maintain strong effective and competent teams and enhances their knowledge. Structures the group in a way that is best-suited and maximizes efficiency. You will be accountable for meeting quality objectives. Ensure that the team follows the best RF engineering practices quality processes and methodologies. Lead continuous improvement via Root Cause Analysis Lessons Learnt and Prevention processes. Track quality critical metrics and acts to continuously improve quality and measurements. You will promote clarity and alignment by communicating effectively on an ongoing basis to the project team on the unit goals and status project matters companywide changes special initiative status etc. Promote a culture of continuous improvements / efficiencies to the RF engineering and / or business processes throughout of the box thinking on product and processes and by utilizing or creating new engineering tools and different innovation techniques. You will lead efficiently the key partner relationship and communication to ensure that the projects delivery is aligned to meet not only the customers requirements but to add value to the business as well. You will advocate works with project teams to understand the need for change. Plan communicate and execute the desired changes. All you need is.. Electrical Engineering or equivalent and five years of relevant experience; CS MIS Engineering or equivalent and nine years of proven experience. The role requires independent judgment evaluation and application of techniques and procedures to complex problems. The engineer should be able to undertake complex network performance improvement tasks and be able to take the lead and supervisory role over a project of team of Engineers. Significant proficiency / In-depth knowledge in the domain (Technology and products). Previous experience in leading tasks or mentoring engineers. Experience in RF wireless design engineering for a telecommunications system. Must have working experience on at least one of the following equipment manufacturers : Ericsson Nortel Nokia Siemens Motorola Alcatel Lucent or Huawei.
