**Descripción del empleo**- **_All CVs must be submitted in ENGLISH_**The Financial Controller will have financial responsibility for managing the accounting, reporting and forecasting of the Mexico operations including preparation of the monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets and annual statutory accounts for the businesses.Reporting to the Americas Regional Financial Manager, they will prepare the financial information and statistics regarding the performance of the operation, as well as ensure that adequate controls are in place and ensure that Corporate governance measure are correctly implemented and monitored.With the opportunity to have an Analyst reporting into this role, the Financial Controller will also act as the financial partner to the Country Manager in Mexico by providing relevant financial information and insights to aide in meeting forecasted goals and growth objectives.**Requisitos** Experience Requirements**:- Minimum 5+ years accounting or finance experience.- Previous Controller experience in a small commercial business or counterpart in the finance department of a large commercial business.- Professional finance qualification/certification (CMA or CPA preferred).- Excellent use of spreadsheets and databases, MS Office (Power Query / Power BI experience sought) and used several ERP systems.Familiar with financial consolidation tools (such as AX, SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneStream).- Managed the financial impact and outcomes of a variety of business or commercial issues.- Demonstrated the ability to review financial areas and identify control weaknesses suggesting actions for improvement.- Proven leadership experience.- Communication in both Spanish and English - professional level**Información adicional**Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.For over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.From oil and gas to water and shipping, pharmaceuticals and food- these are the flows on which our modern world depends.Today we're respected and admired for our people, performance and products.Our success flows from our commitment to engineering excellence, and that's what we will always pursue, safely and sustainably.Rotork is going through an exciting period of change and growth, building on our existing market success.It's a great time to join us and make an impact in shaping the future of our business.li-hybrid
