Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Peers, Both Internal and External Corporate customers, and the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.**Duties**:Desktop Support role, to include but not limited to- Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer network and all connected PCs and peripherals, including installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting.- Analyzes and resolves end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provides end user training where required.- Assists the Systems Administrator and Support team with hardware installations and troubleshooting.- Assists with day to day routine administrative duties- Works with the Support team to disseminate procedures, documentation, and train staff when required.**Responsibilities**:Acquisition & Deployment- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.- Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.Operational (Under supervision)Manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs.Provide first hand support, IT training, and troubleshooting to all office staff for IT mattersMonitor Network and ensure network connectivity of all workstations.Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- IT Support: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
