This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of formal people leadership experience and desires to remain highly hands-on as a player/coach.You will manage a team of GTM Recruiters in Mexico while also personally owning full-cycle recruiting for priority roles. Our Talent function has made significant progress, and this role plays an important part in continuing to improve execution, candidate experience, and stakeholder partnership as the business grows.This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.What You’ll DoSupport and manage a team of GTM Recruiters hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Marketing roles in MexicoAct as a player/coach, running full-cycle recruiting for select GTM roles - expect to spend 20-25% of time personally recruiting full cycle and 75-80% of time performing managerial responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end recruiting responsibilities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support for assigned rolesProvide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and feedback to recruiters to support performance and developmentHelp set and manage stakeholders expectations around process, timelines, and candidate qualityContribute to building and refining interview processes to improve efficiency and candidate experienceDevelop creative and repeatable talent model to build sustainable GTM talent pipeline strategiesTrack recruiting activity and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvementPartner with senior recruiting leadership on team initiatives, reporting, and process improvementsParticipate in local and global recruiting project and meetingsWhat We Hope You Bring8+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing)1–2+ years of people leadership experienceExperience recruiting in Mexico or LATAM markets; GTM focus strongly preferredComfort operating as a hands-on recruiter while supporting and guiding team membersStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with hiring managersExperienced using data and metrics to inform recruiting decisions and improve outcomesOrganized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentClear, proactive communicator who values collaboration and team developmentBased in Mexico City and willing to work from the office 2–3 days per weekCreating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values.
