**Acerca de Autolab**En **Autolab** estamos transformando la industria del servicio automotriz.A través de tecnología, datos y una red operativa sólida, ofrecemos una experiência eficiente y confiable para empresas que necesitan mantener sus vehículos en movimiento.Hoy operamos en múltiples ciudades, trabajamos con una red de talleres especializados y gestionamos miles de servicios al mes con procesos inteligentes y escalables; queremos que personas talentosas y con mentalidad de construcción se sumen al equipo**Sobre el rol**Buscamos a un/a **FP&A Lead** que lidere la planeación financiera y el análisis del desempeño económico de la compañía.Será la persona responsable de traducir la operación en números, generar inteligencia financiera accionable y garantizar que tomemos decisiones de negocio con datos claros y estructuras sólidas.Este rol reporta directamente al equipo directivo y trabajará muy de cerca con todas las áreas de la organización.**T**u misión en Autolab**- Liderar la planeación financiera anual, los forecasts periódicos y los cierres mensuales.- Diseñar y mantener modelos financieros robustos (P&L, flujo de efectivo, análisis de escenarios).- Analizar márgenes, rentabilidad, costos y KPIs de negocio.Desarrollar dashboards financieros y reportes ejecutivos para founders y líderes de área.- Ser un partner estratégico para las células operativas y las áreas comerciales.- Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia financiera y operativa.- Apoyar en procesos estratégicos como fundraising.**¿Qué obtendrás en Autolab?**- Sueldo competitivo 100% nominal- Contratación directa con la empresa- Ser parte de una startup en expansión con alto potencial de impacto en el mercado.- Participación directa en decisiones estratégicas.- Oportunidad real de construir y aportar a procesos clave para el crecimiento financiero.- Ambiente dinámico, de mucho aprendizaje y colaboración.- Modalidad **100% presencial** en oficinas ubicadas en **CDMX**.**¿Qué necesitas para triunfar en este rol?**??**- 4+ años de experiência en FP&A, finanzas corporativas, consultoría o análisis financiero.- Dominio avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets.- Capacidad de análisis crítico y atención al detalle, con visión de negocio.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para traducir insights financieros a decisiones operativas.- Dominio de inglés intermedio-avanzado- **Plus importante**: haber trabajado previamente en una **startup**, scale-up o empresa en crecimiento acelerado.- Deseable: manejo de herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).**Serás un crack** para nosotros si tienes**:- Mentalidad de crecimiento - Tienes un profundo deseo de aprender y mejorar, y la resiliencia necesaria para fracasar, levantarse y volver a intentarlo.- Orientado a la acción - No actúas precipitadamente, sino de forma deliberada: pruebas algo, ves si funciona y vuelves a intentarlo.- Apropiación - Resuelves el problema que se te plantea, demuestras seguimiento y, en pocas palabras, haces las cosas.- Actitud de Día 1: nunca adoptas una actitud de experto y abordas cada reto que se te presenta con una mentalidad de principiante.**¿Te interesa?**:Si estás buscando un rol con impacto real en el negocio y te entusiasma construir y mejorar procesos, esta oportunidad es para ti.Postúlate directamente por este medio y te contactaremos si tu perfil es compatible.Nos encantará conocerte
