Join to apply for the Marketing Coordinator role at Remote Growth Partners.Our client creates founder-led content for executives to use on LinkedIn and YouTube.They work closely with founders to capture authentic content, then turn it into strategic video and written posts that elevate personal brands and drive business impact.As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help streamline operations, manage internal workflows, and serve as a central hub of communication between teams and clients.QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with NotionAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience in a client-facing role (nice to have)Experience working in a team coordination capacity (nice to have)Familiarity with process improvement techniques in project management (nice to have)ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update client projects within Notion, ensuring accurate task submission, prioritization, and trackingAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication via email and responding to client requestsCoordinate workflow between copywriters, designers, and editors to ensure alignment with client expectations and timelinesManage onboarding communication with new clients, guiding them through initial setup and expectationsUpdate and maintain Notion portals for each client, including task statuses, calendars, and content draftsSchedule content posts on clients' LinkedIn accounts using approved tools and processesSend weekly reminders and updates to clients regarding upcoming calls, feedback requests, and content reviewsDraft weekly content question prompts to guide founders during recordings or planning sessionsSuggest and implement workflow or tool improvements that increase team efficiency and client satisfactionGenerate and share regular project status reports, flagging potential risks, delays, or resource gaps#J-*****-Ljbffr
