Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing, pricing, inventory control, campaign execution, and paid advertising.The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously optimizing traffic, conversion rate, and sales growth through data-driven decision making.They will also maintain and manage relationships with mobile phone distributors/agents, coordinating supply, pricing policies, and joint marketing activities to ensure stable business performance and healthy channel development.Additionally, the candidate will explore and launch operations on new e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, including market research, onboarding, product selection, logistics setup, and initial sales/marketing testing to validate growth potential.Key Responsibilities:- Optimize traffic, conversion rate, and sales growth through data-driven decision making- Maintain and manage relationships with mobile phone distributors/agents- Explore and launch operations on new e-commerce platformsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:- Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret sales trends, traffic structure, and advertising metrics- Excellent communication and cross-team coordination capabilities- Ability to independently build operational strategies, manage complex tasks, solve problems proactively, and adapt quickly to evolving platform policies and business needsBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our business.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.OthersTwo to three years of hands-on experience in Mercado Libre Mexico operations are preferred.Experience in mobile phone/consumer electronics category is required.A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for outstanding candidates.Strong Excel/data skills and familiarity with ML reporting tools are also desirable.
