Overview Integration Strategy Development. 1. Develop a comprehensive integration strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. 2. Lead integrations within the company and with customers to enhance data visibility, accessibility, and accuracy. 3. Collaborate with key stakeholders (internally and with our customers) to understand business requirements and recommend integration solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Integration Architecture Design: Design scalable and robust integration architectures that facilitate the seamless exchange of data between disparate systems of customers and within our systems. Evaluate existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration points and potential challenges. Define data mapping, transformation, and synchronization processes to ensure data consistency across integrated systems. Integration Implementation: Lead the implementation of integration solutions, including configuring middleware, APIs, connectors, and custom scripts. Collaborate with internal IT teams, customers, vendors, and third-party service providers to deploy integration solutions according to established timelines and quality standards. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve integration issues proactively. Automation Initiative Management: Identify opportunities for automation across various IT and business processes, such as provisioning, monitoring, and reporting. Develop and prioritize automation initiatives based on their potential impact on efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction. Implement automation solutions using tools and technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), scripting languages, and workflow orchestration platforms. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance and reliability of integration and automation solutions, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and address integration failures or performance bottlenecks. Continuously optimize integration and automation processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architectures, configurations, and workflows. Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on utilizing integrated systems and automated processes effectively. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration to empower teams to contribute to integration and automation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that drive operational excellence and innovation through seamless integration and automation of IT systems and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field. Proven experience (5 years) in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT integration projects. In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, such as middleware, automation tools, low code / no code apps, APIs, ETL tools, and message queues. Hands‑on experience with automation tools and frameworks, including RPA platforms, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and workflow automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible). Strong analytical, process definition & design, problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize automated workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Integration and Security, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus. Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading). Proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, distribution companies.
