Buscamos un líder de orquesta para nuestros proyectosSi eres un profesional proactivo, dinámico y con un enfoque "hands-on" en el marketing experiencial, esta es tu oportunidad.Como Sr.Project Leader, serás el responsable de la gestión estratégica y operativa de proyectos, desde la planeación hasta la ejecución y el análisis post-proyecto.Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán :Liderar proyectos de marketing experiencial, garantizando resultados excepcionales y la alineación con los objetivos del cliente.Anticipar necesidades y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, tanto con clientes actuales como potenciales.Supervisar presupuestos, plazos y calidad de entrega, asegurando la rentabilidad de cada proyecto.Elaborar briefs detallados y presentaciones impactantes, colaborando estrechamente con equipos internos.Mantener un profundo conocimiento del cliente, su sector y las tendencias del mercado.Actuar con alta responsabilidad y ownership, buscando siempre superar las expectativas del cliente (PLOT TWIST).Estar presente físicamente en todas las interacciones clave del proyecto.Requisitos :Estudios : Título universitario en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Empresas de Entretenimiento, Administración de empresas turísticas o afines.Experiencia : Mínimo 10 años en gestión de cuentas o proyectos en agencias de Experiential Marketing, BTL, eventos y convenciones.Habilidades clave : Proactividad, dinamismo, enfoque a soluciones, trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad, liderazgo, orientación a objetivos de venta trimestrales, comunicación excepcional, dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Monday o ERPs similares) y experiencia en ventas.Dominio del inglésSi tienes la capacidad de manejar proyectos complejos, coordinar equipos hacia el éxito y "asombrar" al cliente en cada fase, queremos conocerte#J-*****-Ljbffr
