He or she will be responsible to generate, review and understand data, KPI’s and Salesforce information to develop new strategies and keep monitoring our forecast and portfolio behavior. He or she is analytical, innovative and data driven. What you will do Develop, maintain and optimize commercial KPIs to monitor sales performance and pipeline health. Present performance insights to commercial leadership, enabling decision-making and action plans. Own CRM (Salesforce) data quality, defining controls and corrective actions. Generate sales and business forecasts based on historical data, KPIs and pipeline analysis. Analyze and improve Salesforce usage and sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion. Segment clients, products and territories to optimize commercial focus and resource allocation. Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, customer behavior and revenue mix. Identify growth opportunities including cross-sell, up-sell and underpenetrated accounts. Monitor pipeline dynamics, detecting risks, bottlenecks and deal slippage. Design dashboards and reports that support daily execution and strategic decisions. Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Sales Ops and Marketing. What we are looking for 4+ years of experience in Data / Business analytics. Excel advanced (Power Pivot, Macros, QWERYs, etc). Experience with CRM, Salesforce desirable. Experience with Power BI or DAX desirable. Experience with Pyton desirable. Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies. A collaborative, solution-focused approach, analytical and seek for innovative processes and new methodologies. A bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields. English - Advanced.
