Our client, an international Chinese motor and generator manufacturing company located in Monterrey (Guadalupe) is looking for a Finance Manager.?Job Description?Report to Group CFO and manage all finance functions of the position, including:1. The accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports2. Monitor and review overall financial operation of the firm, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting3. Implement and maintain effective internal control policies and ensure the compliance with relevant regulations4. Take part in system implementation projects?Requirements?1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting2. Ability to work closely with other colleagues within the company and have a good communication3. Fluent in English, it is a must4. Minium 5 years of finance/accounting experience, 3-5 years in a manager position5.
